Frequently Asked Questions...

Do you travel?

Yes, we will travel throughout the UK for no extra cost, and if you're thinking of getting married somewhere more exotic then please contact us with your details to see what we can offer.

What areas do you cover?

We cover across the UK and love to travel to new places, so please contact us to check our availability.

How do we book?

Firstly, please browse through our packages.

Once you have an idea of which package(s) you would like, please complete our contact form.

We will then reply to you and let you know if we are available for your big day. To secure your booking with us we require a £150 deposit which is non-refundable. We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours during the week. If you enquire at the weekend, please allow a little longer as these are our busiest times. Please keep an eye on your junk/spam folder if you haven't heard form us as we may be hiding in there.

What photo rights do we get?

You get Printing Licence on your images. This means you can print them off, duplicate, share with family and friends, pop them on social media, basically do as you please with them, except sell them to OK Magazine :)

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable on all bookings.

If you wish to cancel your booking within 5 months of the event taking place, you will be liable to pay the full invoice total, excluding album/prints not yet ordered. If cancellations are made at least 5 months in advance of the event taking place then any monies paid in addition to the deposit will be refunded.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully covered with public liability insurance.

When will we receive our photos?

This all depends on the time of year. At the start of the wedding season you can expect to receive your images and video in around 4 weeks. During peak times and towards the end of the main wedding season, it could be closer to 8 weeks. 

What if I'd like to change my date?

If you wish to change the date of your booking and your photographer is still available then all monies paid will transfer to the new date. The new date must be within 12 months of the original date or the booking will be subject to our current rates. If the photographer is unavailable on your new date then any refunds due will be paid in accordance with our cancellation policy.
